If you do not agree to all the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Use and Accounts

  • **Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • **Accuracy:** You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information during registration.
  • **Security:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • **Monitoring:** You agree not to monitor any endpoint that you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.

3. Free Plan and Limitations

AlertLoom offers a perpetual free monitoring plan. This plan is subject to limitations, including:

  • Maximum number of monitors (e.g., 50).
  • Maximum check interval (e.g., 5 minutes).
  • Limited data retention (e.g., 30 days).
  • AlertLoom reserves the right to modify or terminate the free plan at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AlertLoom and are protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AlertLoom, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
